Account details: your username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). Platform activity: level activations, matrix positions, referral relationships, deposits, earnings and withdrawals. Wallet data: your unique deposit address and the withdrawal address you choose to save.
We use this data to run your account, credit deposits, calculate matrix and referral earnings, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Deposits and withdrawals happen on BNB Smart Chain, a public blockchain. Transaction amounts, addresses and times are publicly visible on the network forever and cannot be deleted. Your wallet addresses are pseudonymous, but anyone can view their activity.
Other members see only your username, join date and level status in team and matrix views — never your email, balances or wallet addresses. Platform administrators can access account data to operate, support and secure the platform.
Passwords are stored hashed. Account data is protected by row-level access rules so members can only read their own records. Sign-in and data transfer happen over encrypted connections.
You can update your username and withdrawal address in My Account at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator; note that blockchain records and completed transaction history cannot be erased.
We use only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
